Data Processing Officer

Scope of work:

• Work quickly to resolve client issues, emails, inquiries, and other issues
• Work with clients/partners as required in RM's SOPO; if necessary, switch to the Banking/Renewal team
• Handle customer service inquiries and, if necessary, resolve issues relating to order processes incurred by customers, forwarders, or third parties
• Reporting and other tasks as assigned by management
• Coordinate with other departments in order to complete assigned tasks

Job requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Administration, or Law
• Fluent in English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in working with foreigners is a big plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Listen actively, communicate constructively, and cultivate internal relationships effectively
• Dynamic, creative, and able to work under pressure
• Knowledgeable of financial services, particularly banking and trusts, as well as international investment

Salary and bonus:

• Salary from 8 to 10 million (VND)
• KPI bonuses
