Regulatory Documents

A company has an obligation to keep registers giving certain information about it. Regulatory documents vary from one jurisdiction to another, as well as the level of public access to the information that they contain. Many jurisdictions require the documents to be kept in the jurisdiction where the company has its registered offices. The mandatory documents can be the minutes of meetings, registers, participants, directors, managers and expenses.
