Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mary Kim is a successful businesswoman. She has grown with One IBC® ever since it was founded. Being diligent and thoughtful at work, Mary always makes the lucid financial decisions for the development of One IBC®.

She has 10 years of experience as CFO, with professional skills in researching, analyzing and handling business relationships, financial planning. Mary Kim always ensures that the budget analysis and financial market trends are accurately and timely provided by the Finance Department, in line with One IBC®'s strategy in each stage of development.

REGIMANTAS PAKSTAITIS

Regional Director, Lithuania Office

Regimantas is Regional Manager for Lithuania, and he is also a Senior Advisor of One IBC® Group. Regimantas has over 10 years of experience in the law industry with fields such as corporate law, labor law, intellectual property law, etc.

With his experience and in-depth knowledge, Regimantas is an indispensable member of One IBC®'s leadership team in Lithuania. Quickly grasping the requirements of the business and providing optimal solutions in accordance with regulations of each jurisdiction is what customers give faith when using our services.

RASYIDIN RAHIM

Regional Director, Singapore Office

Rasyidin Rahim is a reputable specialist in business development of One IBC® Singapore. He is currently the Regional Director of Singapore. With good communication skills and understanding of the business market in the “Lion City”, Rasyidin Rahim has helped many successful businesses to expand investment in this country.

The country that he in charge of is the home to one of the most dynamic economies in Asia. Singaporean Government continuously offers tariff incentives for startups. Rasyidin is a person with a business acumen and breakthrough mindset that help businesses achieve great growth when investing in Singapore.

Banking Support Department Manager

Lenon Lee, one of the most passionate leadership members, is the manager of One IBC®’s Banking Support Department. He is an enthusiastic and proactive person, a perfect fit for leading the banking support service team in their international transactions.

He has been a part of One IBC® for many years, and plays an important role in leading the development of the banking support sector. In addition, he has an open mind to diagnose weaknesses and daily problems. His strengths are in anticipation of potential hazards and keeping a close eye on improvements in his business.

NORA NG

Accounting and Tax Filing Department Manager

Nora is an Expert in Accounting and Finance. She holds a Master of Accounting professionally and has 4 years of experience in CPA firms in Australia, she can handle and advise clients on tax matters. She returned to Vietnam and joined One IBC® in 2019, contributing to providing professional tax and accounting services in compliance with international standards.

In addition, she has good connections with many customers/clients in different fields. Nora has supported One IBC® clients in corporate financial planning in compliance with local requirements, while ensuring maximum benefits for customers.

LEON PH

Manager of Renewal Department

Every jurisdiction has different business renewal requirements. Leon Ph is an expert with many years of experience, deep understanding of the time and renewal process in accordance with regional regulations.

Leo is also a highly responsible person who puts the interests of customers first, and leader of One IBC® Renewal Department. As a result, we can guarantee a timely renewal in order to ensure that no penalty fees are incurred because of overdue.

Formation Department Manager

Joining ONE IBC® in 2018, with deep knowledge of international incorporation procedures in various countries, Andy plays a crucial role in staff orientation and development of the Formation Department of One IBC®. He always updates the latest changes and regulations from Company Registrars, Governments in order to provide clients prompt and valuable services.

Head of Service & Formation Department

Leo Ng is the Head of Service & Formation Department. He graduated from French Economic & Management Faculty, having knowledge, expertise, and management experience, he is the "trump card" of the One IBC® Service & Formation Department.

Leo has the business acumen, hard-working and strong experience in Customer Service for corporate, he deeply understands and always comes up with the solutions to solve the problems that customers are facing.

IRENE LO

Regional Director, Hong Kong Office

Irene graduates from the Harvard Business School, and holds a prestigious Economic Degree. Combining her knowledge from Harvard studies and her extensive experiences with multinational clients, she has promoted growth and pursuited opportunities within the global business market. Since 2010, she joined One IBC® as Regional Director and contributed to the overall strategic plans. Her valuable assets are her vast insights of the challenges, prospects and competitions on the international stage presented by emerging markets and new technologies. Thanks to this, One IBC® and its Board of Director have an international overview on what opportunities to conduct business, what risk should be mitigated, and what will be the future for the company.

FRANK ONG

Head of Regional Partner - Singapore Office

Frank Ong leads our Asia regional partner, our team that supports customers to transform their business performance, while also managing risk and monitoring improvements, so they can maintain their performance over time.

Frank joined One IBC® Group in 2019 and was appointed Asia regional partner practice, where he led the development of the solutions, methods, tools, learning and knowledge infrastructure. Frank has many years of client-service experience and worked with a number of major clients.

Director, Tax and Audit

When mention about Financial Services and Tax strategy, Tommy Lee is always recognized. He joined One IBC® Group in 2010 and holds a Certificate of Certified Public Accountants from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (the “HKICPA”). He also served as Deputy Managing Partner for our EMEA Area and has been responsible for delivering EMEA's markets agenda since 2011. He leads our team for all aspects from Compliance, Auditing, Tax strategy and other Finance & Audit services. In today's ever-changing tax environment, he committed to ensure our promptly and consistent services to all clients worldwide. His exceptional advice and strategic tax planning that help many our clients achieve their business goal whether to optimize tax, maximize investment, and/or stay compliant to different jurisdiction policies.
