Announcement of Fee Adjustment in October 2022

Thank you for your continued support of One IBC^®. Your pleasure is indeed valuable to us, and we hope that we have succeeded in offering exceptional corporate services to all of our clients.

Due to global inflation, our business will be making a necessary adjustment to our service fees. The price increase will take effect on October 1st, 2022 includes several service fees for all 27 jurisdictions that we are currently providing:

• Company formation and renewal
• Account opening consultancy
• Accounting and Auditing
• Nominee
• Company Strike-off and Restoration
• Serviced virtual office

We understand the effect price increase can have on our customers, and so this was a difficult decision to make. We promise to continue delivering the highest quality services to our valued customers, and we thank you for your understanding and continued support during this change. Our new prices will allow us to better serve you and our future customers!
