Tax: If your operations are in other states, there will be no taxation within Delaware. The Corporate Income Tax is 8.7% (2019) which the business owners need to pay to the Federal. The business owners, in addition, need to pay the Franchise tax for LLC due to June 1 of each year. However, if the owners do not do business in the US, they are exempted from paying this tax.
