Training Specialist

Scope of work:

• Assist in managing and drafting training materials
• Create training programs for new/current personnel in line with general schedule or with individual requirements
• Propose evaluation criteria for personnel’s abilities and potential
• Make reports of new proposals and improvement solutions
• Understand and has a good grasp the working situation and aspirations of employees
• Support in transferring personnel to new positions as required
• Research new operating models, modify and propose applications to improve productivity and quality of One IBC^®
• Propose new working procedures and reports as requested by local authorities (in case of force majeure events).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Human Resource, Law
• Experience in similar operational role, especially recruitment training
• Good planning and time management
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Be a good listener, good team player able to work cross-functionally.

Salary and bonus:

• From 12 to 15 million (VND)
• KPI bonuses
